At The Palmer House Stable you will see that our 11 years of combined experience with over 358 weddings sets us apart from the rest of the venues in Eastern Iowa.

We are truly involved in making sure everything goes just as you envisioned and more!

Plan A: Ceremony Outdoors 

Use our terrace then enjoy cocktails and appetizers. 

Then retreat inside for dinning and toasts and return to the terrace with a bonfire and string lights. Dance the night away!

We study the weather a couple days  before and 

determine Plan A or Plan B  and assist the bride to decide. 

Plan B: Ceremony Indoors 

Main level ceremony then we will flip and set up tables, chairs and tablecloths. Cocktails and appetizers lower level the dinner is served. Afterwards the party begins in the lower level and the main level becomes a social quieter place to chat.
